The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate resume and cover letter content. All AI-generated output is provided for informational purposes only. ResumeMatch makes no guarantees that use of the Service will result in job interviews, offers, or employment. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before submitting it to any employer.
ResumeMatch is not liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in AI-generated content, or for any consequences arising from your use of such content.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months, unused features, or unused subscription periods. If you are dissatisfied with the Service, your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription link in the website footer. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
When you cancel, you retain full access to the Service until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation.
We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle.
You retain ownership of all resume content and personal information you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant ResumeMatch a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
ResumeMatch retains all rights to its platform, technology, branding, and underlying systems.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Resume content submitted to the Service is processed by AI and is not stored on our servers after your session ends.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeMatch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, loss of income, or any other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved through use of the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
